Following an absence of a few years, I've finally got the cam working again (although it is being a little temperamental!). However, I do have a new one, which I will install ready for next year !!
As a result of the issues with the cam, we are bit late to the party this year! but hopefully we will see the final stages of development, and hopefully a fledging or two.
So for this season, I will try and select the better stills and videos ...
Once again we have a pair of Blue Tits which have taken residence. To date, both parents have survived! and have been very industrious and attentive.
We started off with 11 eggs.
Here we can see Dad arriving with some food, a little bit prematurely !!
Hatching day was 1st May 2020, so the chicks are 2 weeks old today !
This snap clearly shows that 10 of the eggs hatched. I can't confirm what happened to the eleventh egg.
